Nubapay is an ordering and payment platform for massive events. Attendees scan a QR, pay from their phone, and pick up without waiting in line, while organizers watch every sale move in real time. No app to download. No cash box.

Massive events in Latin America still run on cash boxes: long lines, slow bars, lost sales, and no real-time control. Organizers needed a simple, scalable way for attendees to order, pay, and pick up from their phone, without downloading an app, without extra hardware, and without the chaos of traditional checkout.
— The Solution
We built Nubapay as the operating system for massive events. Attendees scan a QR, browse the digital menu, pay from their phone, and pick up with a unique one-time QR. Organizers get a live dashboard for sales, orders, and performance. Staff validates pickup from any device. We also designed Atendium, an AI that attends, recommends, and upsells 24/7, plus unickeys on Solana so every pickup QR is unique, single-use, and impossible to fake. An event can go live in under 20 minutes.
— The Process
We designed and developed the full product end to end: a public storefront for attendees, an organizer workspace for catalogs, orders, staff, and pickup points, and a Flask API that holds the operation together. The experience is web-first so anyone can enter from a QR or a link. Payments run through Mercado Pago. Pickup QRs are single-use with antifraud validation, and tickets are hashed and recorded on Solana Mainnet. The same system serves festivals, clubs, stadiums, private parties, fairs, and food trucks.
